Awokunle joined MCK Consulting Ltd/Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit trainee in 2007 and later rose to become the Senior Manager.

He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from one of the most famous polytechnics in Nigeria, Federal Polytechnics Offa, Kwara State. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He is highly motivated accounting specialist with over 15 years of experience in Audit Firm, assisting advisers in the in both Public and private practice industry. Advanced knowledge of building efficient financial reports, managing and planning tax duties for private and government entities and forecasting upcoming budgetary needs. Uses software and presentation skills to supply local and national private and public offices with budget plans that reduce annual overall costs.

He began his career at MCK Consulting Ltd/Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he acquired a broad experience across the various sectors such as banking, and real estate, Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Commercial and Private and public sectors with hands-on experience in financial due diligence, professional audit service and risk management, corporate affairs services. He has worked as Accounts and Inventory Manager with several reputable organizations.

He has also deployed several accounting solutions and customized same for client’s use. He is a model financial analyst using professional experience to integrate core
competitive advantage for the available resources in the attainment of the organizational goals and objectives. He has also attended several seminars and symposiums.

Solomon is an Associate Member of the Prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), also, a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered, and registered member of the Financial Reporting Council on Nigeria (FRCN). He graduated from one of the Federal Polytechnics in Nigeria with over Twelve years of working experience.

He is a renowned expert in the deployment of accounting solutions software as well as the delivery of efficient and user-friendly accounting training to beginners and professionals. He has broader knowledge in auditing of financial information in both private and public entities and has been a member of the joint audit team of the Port Harcourt Refining Company Ltd for the past four years and also partook in the execution of NNPC/TEPNG JV forensic audit for the year 2015 to 2019.

He is a great team player who has led the team to successfully accomplish various tasks such as Forensic Investigation and Audit; Supply and Implementation of Accounting Solutions; Tax Advisories, Audit & Assurance, and Advisory Services for various companies in Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Commercial and Trading and public sectors.

He commenced his professional career as an Audit Trainee over a decade ago with Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he gathered his experience and expertise and presently rose to the position of Senior Manager in Charge of Accounting Solutions Services. He kept on acquiring more knowledge for himself through on-the-job training, seminars and workshops, research, and personal commitment.

Bayo is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA) of Nigeria, Member of Nigerian Institute of management (NIM) and a Business Admin Graduate from University of Ilorin, Kwara State.

He is highly intelligent, resourceful and result oriented professional accountant with sound analytical skills. He is a great team player that has led teams to successfully accomplish various tasks such as, Tax Advisories, Audit & Assurance, Investigation, Due Diligence, Forensic and IFRS Advisory services for various companies in Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing, Construction, Media, Real Estate, Commercial and Trading and public sectors.

He is a renowned tax and audit expert with over 10 years’ experience in audit and tax planning, advisory and compliance transactions and has worked closely with various tax authorities in Nigeria.

He started his professional career in 2009 with MCK Consulting Limited where his experience and expertise distinguished him to become one of the leading officers and later rose to become a Senior Manager. Bayo has upgraded and developed himself through training, seminars, research and personal commitment.

She has worked for over seven years with Rayus Medical centre, Femca Project Ltd and J.O Awofadeju & Co Chartered Accountants and Bankway Nig Ltd as an Accountant, Chief Accountant and Audit Senior and Finance Manager respectively.

She holds HND Accountancy and an Associate member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Certified Chartered Accounts (ACCA) London, UK and Institute of Company and Commercial Accountants (ICCA), proficient in several Accounting application packages, a goal getter and a lady of high integrity. She is an expert in tax and Financial Management. She is presently pursuing her Master Degree in Dublin, Republic of Ireland.

He is a graduate of accounting and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Company and Commercial Accountants (ICCA) and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

He had held several positions in private, public and Consulting Companies. He is a Professional Tax Consultant and has over 15 years of Professional experience in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Advisory Roles, Corporate Affairs Services, etc.

He has worked in several Companies before he joined MCK Consulting Limited and had held various positions in the company, presently he heads the company’s office in Ilorin, Kwara State.

He is one of our Managing Consultants in charge of Accounting policies, procedures, Investigation, Audit and Strategic Financing, Management and Tax Consultancy. He has worked as Finance, Accounts and Inventory Manager with several reputable organizations like Oasis Distributions Limited (Challenge Book Shop) and Digital Communication Konsult, Master and Corporate Konsultants (MCK), just to mention but a few.

He has packaged financial and accounting policies and procedures, taxation, investigations and audit services to several companies like:

He is our IT Consultant and a graduate of Computer Science with an MBA Certificate in Marketing. He holds a lot of professional Certifications in Computing and Information Technologies & Systems. He is member of COAN, Partner to Microsoft Inc. He is also System Analyst, Programmer and a software developer and writer.

He has worked in various IT firms like Digital Communication Konsult Nigeria Ltd as Head of Systems & General Administration, Greenfield Communications as the Head of Information Technology and currently the CEO of Peacedrive Ltd an IT solution provider Company in Nigeria.

He has attended several conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops both local and international.
