Michael Ogundele (FCA, FCCA, FCTI, CFE, CFIP, ACMA, AMNIM, MBA, HND)
He is a graduate of accounting with about twenty-five years of experience in different industries ranging from forensic investigation, fraud examination, auditing, taxation, accounting and general financial management consultancy services in oil and gas and other industries. He is seasoned consultant in both public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Information Systems Audit & Controls Association (ISACA), Chartered Institute of Costs and Management Accountants (CICMA), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) International from USA. International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (IICFIP) from USA, Fellow of Institute of Company & Commercial Accountants of Nigeria (ICCAN). He also bagged a Master Degree (MBA) in Financial Management from LASU and a holder of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kwara State.
He has consulted for SS Afemikhe & Co, Hart Group England and Chuba Medidem & Co (Chartered Accountants) on Value for Money Audits, NEITI from 1999 to 2005, JV audits of Chevron from 2004 to 2011 for NAPIMS/NNPC, Forensic and Special audit of NNPC/TEPNG audit 2015-2019, Statutory audit of NNPC/PHRC 2018-2024, Forensic audit of Kwara state college of Education 2018-2021 and Statutory audit of Kwara state Polytechnic 2018 to 2021, Kwara State Primary Health Care Dev. Agency 2019-2021. He is currently the Managing Partner/Director of Michael Ogundele & Co Chartered Accountants/MCK Consulting Ltd. He has attended several MCPEs, Professional Seminars, workshops, local and international conferences in the course of his carrier development.
Sunday Ayanda (FCA, ACCA, ACTI, AMNIM, HND)

He is a graduate of accounting and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Company & Commercial Accountants of Nigeria (ICCAN) an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
He has held several positions in private and public audit firms.
He is a highly intelligent, resourceful, and result oriented professional accountant with sound analytical skills. He is a great team player that has led teams to successfully accomplish various tasks such as Tax Advisories, Audit & Assurance, Investigation, Due diligence, Forensic and IFRS Advisory services for Various Companies in Oil and gas, Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality, Real Estate, Commercial and Trading and Public Sectors.
He is a renowned and professional Tax and audit expert with over 15 years’ experience in Audit and Tax planning, Advisory and compliance transactions, accounting, auditing, Financial Advisory roles, corporate affairs services and has worked closely with various Tax authorities in Nigeria.
Adesina Zinsu (Bsc, Msc, FCA, FCTI)

Adeshina holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from University of Lagos and Bachelors of Science (Econs) from Ogun State University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
He has varied background and several years of experience in Tax Practice, Assurance Engagements, Transaction Structuring, Due Diligence, Business Valuation, Financial Reporting etc. He has been involved in the implementation of IFRS across different industries of the Nigerian Economy.
He worked in various sectors of the Nigeria economy before setting up his practice. He is married with children.
Sunday A. Adebisi (ACA, ACTI, HND)

Mr. Sunday A. Adebisi holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2006 and with over a decade post-qualification experience.
He joined Banking industry immediately he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has worked in Branch Banking Operations and Head Office Operations, Internal Control / Compliance and Consumer Protection Department of the bank before leaving for full time practice as financial consultant and business advisor. He is a seasoned accountant, banker and business advisor.He was the Team Lead responsible for reconciliation and resolution of customer complaints on excess bank charges in the Consumer Protection Department of Fidelity Bank Plc and has handled several forensic and investigation matters as relates to customer complaints on excess bank charges that involved Bankers’ Committee and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) at different times while in the bank.
Prior to joining Fidelity Bank Plc in 2006, he worked in different sectors of the economy including Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction and Professional Services, holding different leadership roles.
Mr. Sunday A. Adebisi enjoys travelling and mentoring of young minds. When at leisure, he devotes significant part of his time to mentoring, counselling and social services. He is married with children and lives in Lagos.
Bayo Iyanda (ACA, ACTI, FIPMA, AMNIM, BSc)

He started his professional career as Audit Trainee in 2009 with Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) where his experience and expertise distinguished him to become one of the leading audit seniors and later rose to become a Senior Manager, Audit & Assurance unit. Having successfully upgraded and developed himself through training, seminars, research, personal commitment and above all; educational and career development, he is now an Associate Partner in charge of Audit and Assurance Services.
He possesses exceptional interpersonal skills that have consistently distinguished him in every engagement, particularly in collaborative assignments such as the NNPC Joint Venture Forensic Audit, NNPC Statutory Audit, FIRS National Tax Audit, Forensic Investigations, and other major joint projects. Beyond field practice, Bayo is also an experienced training facilitator and speaker, having led numerous corporate and regulatory compliance training programs. Notable among these are:
- • Tax Compliance and Regulatory Frameworks for Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC), a subsidiary of NNPC Ltd., in 2023,
- • Impact of New Tax Reforms on Contracting and Vendor Payments for Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC), a subsidiary of NNPC Ltd., in 2024.

Solomon Olanrewaju Fadipe (ACA, ACTI, AMNIM, HND)

Solomon is an Associate Member of the Prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, also, a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered, and registered member of the Financial Reporting Council on Nigeria (FRCN). He graduated from one of the Federal Polytechnics in Nigeria with over Sixteen years of working experience.
He is a renowned expert in the deployment of accounting solutions software as well as the delivery of efficient and user-friendly accounting training to beginners and professionals. He has broader knowledge in auditing of financial information in both private and public entities and has been a member of the joint audit team of the Port Harcourt Refining Company Ltd for the past six years and also partook in the execution of NNPC/TEPNG JV forensic audit for the year 2015 to 2019.
He is a great team player that has led the team to successfully accomplish various tasks such as Forensic Investigation and Audit; Supply and Implementation of Accounting Solutions; Tax Advisories, Audit & Assurance, and Advisory Services for various companies in Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Commercial and Trading and public sectors.
He commenced his professional career as an Audit Trainee over a decade ago with Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he gathered his experience and expertise and presently rose to the position of Senior Manager in Charge of Accounting Solutions Services. He kept on acquiring more knowledge for himself through on-the-job training, seminars & workshop, research, and personal commitment.
Awokunle Amos Gbeminiyi (ACA, ACTI, HND.)

Awokunle joined MCK Consulting Ltd/Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit trainee in 2007 and later rose to become the Senior Manager.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from one of the most famous polytechnics in Nigeria, Federal Polytechnics Offa, Kwara State. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He is highly motivated accounting specialist with over 15 years of experience in Audit Firm, assisting advisers in the in both Public and private practice industry. Advanced knowledge of building efficient financial reports, managing and planning tax duties for private and government entities and forecasting upcoming budgetary needs. Uses software and presentation skills to supply local and national private and public offices with budget plans that reduce annual overall costs.
He began his career at MCK Consulting Ltd/Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) where he acquired a broad experience across the various sectors such as banking, and real estate, Agriculture, Education, Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Commercial and Private and public sectors with hands-on experience in financial due diligence, professional audit service and risk management, corporate affairs services. He has worked as Accounts and Inventory Manager with several reputable organizations.
He has also deployed several accounting solutions and customized same for client’s use. He is a model financial analyst using professional experience to integrate core competitive advantage for the available resources in the attainment of organizational goals and objectives. He has also attended several seminars and symposiums.
Adeola Amolegbe (MBA, MCP, MCOAN, HND)

He is our IT Consultant and a graduate of Computer Science with an MBA Certificate in Marketing. He holds a lot of professional Certifications in Computing and Information Technologies & Systems. He is a member of COAN a partner to Microsoft Inc. He is also a System Analyst, Programmer and software developer, and writer.
He has worked in various IT firms like Digital Communication Konsult Nigeria Ltd as Head of Systems & General Administration, Greenfield Communications as the Head of Information Technology and currently the CEO of Peacedrive Ltd an IT solution provider Company in Nigeria.
He has attended several conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops both local and international.
