He is graduate of accounting with seasoned years of experience in different industries ranging from academic, conglomerate, information and telecommunication technology, health & hospitality
and accounting, auditing, taxation & management consultancy in oil and gas industry.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Company and Commercial Accountants (ICCA) and associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Chartered Institute of Costs and Management Accountants (CICMA), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered. He is also a member of American Information Systems Audit & Controls Association (ISACA), Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) USA, and bags a Master Degree (MBA) in Financial Management from LASU and a holder of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kware State, Nigeria.
His academic and professional excellence, dexterity and uncommon pragmatic problem solving skills has made him worked meritoriously for several reputable organizations as Finance and Administrative Manager for over ten years namely:

Oladele Idayat Bukola (Mrs)(ACA, ACCA, HND)
She has worked for over seven years with Rayus Medical centre, Femca Project Ltd and J.O Awofadeju & Co Chartered Accountants and Bankway Nig Ltd as an Accountant, Chief Accountant and Audit Senior and Finance Manager respectively.
She holds HND Accountancy and an associate member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Institute of Company and Commercial Accountants (ICCA). She is proficient in several accounting application packages, a goal getter and a lady of high integrity. She is an expert in Tax and Financial Management.
Adeola Amolegbe
(MBA, MCP, MCOAN, HND)
He is our IT Consultant and a graduate of Computer Science with an MBA Certificate in Marketing. He holds a lot of professional Certifications in Computing and Information Technologies & Systems. He is member of COAN, Partner to Microsoft Inc. He is also System Analyst, Programmer and a Software Developer and Writer. He has worked in various IT firms like Digital Communication Konsult Nigeria Ltd as Head of Systems & General Administration, GreenField Communications as the Head of Information Technology and currently the CEO of Peacedrive Ltd, an IT solution provider company in Nigeria.
He has attended several conferences, seminars, symposia and workshops both local and international.
Olakoni Julius(B.Sc., ACA)
Olakoni Julius, is a graduate of Business Administration from Lagos State University and a Chartered Accountant by profession with extensive Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Business Administration experience gained from active engagement in various assignments.
He had held several positions among which are; internal Auditor of Kenneth & George Nig Ltd, He was an Accounts Officer in Fungi Associates between 2000-2004 and presently holding the position of Audit Senior in Michael Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accounts)
He has attended various courses and conferences both in Nigeria and abroad.
Kolalere Taiwo Kolawole(ACA, B.Sc. (Hons))
He is one of our Managing Consultants in charge of Accounting policies, procedures, Investigation, Audit and Strategic Financing, Management and Tax Consultancy. He has worked as Finance, Accounts and Inventory Manager with several reputable organizations like Oasis Distributions Limited (Challenge Book Shop) and Digital Communication Konsult, Master and Corporate Konsultants (MCK), just to mention but a few.
He has packaged financial and accounting policies and procedures, taxation, investigations and audit services to several companies like:
